The Calvert County Health Department will operate flu vaccination clinics for school-aged children, K-12, at the following sites:
Calvert Middle Thursday, December 3rd 3:00 – 6:00 pm
Northern Middle Thursday, December 10th 3:00 – 6:00 pm
Mill Creek Middle Thursday, December 17th 3:30 – 6:30 pm
H1N1 vaccine will be available for all children. In addition, seasonal flu vaccine will be available for simultaneous administration to children in grades K – 5. Both nasal spray (FluMist) and injectable vaccine will be available.
All vaccines will be free of charge.
Please attend the clinic closest to your child’s school.
Each child must be accompanied by a parent.
Vaccine Information Statements and Parental Consent Forms will be available at each clinic site.
