Leonardtown, MD – St. Mary’s County Superintendent of Schools, Mr. J. Scott Smith, announces the administrative appointment made by the Board of Education at its meeting of December 9, 2015.
The Board appointed Ms. Megan Doran as Director of Food and Nutrition Services. Ms. Doran is currently serving as a Private Dining Captain at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to that, she served as the Dietary Food Service Manager for Monongahela Valley Hospital in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Doran will assume her role as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services effective January 4, 2016.
