On Tuesday January 28, Sheriff Tim Cameron along with several civilian and sworn members of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office watched as four new Deputies were sworn into office. Sheriff Cameron then presented each Deputy with their Sheriff’s Office badge and credentials.

The deputies will graduate from the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy on Friday, January 31, 2014. The men and women of the Sheriff’s Office wish them all the best and welcome them to our law enforcement family.
