ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On June 30 at 12:26 a.m., officers responded to a 1800 block of West Street for the report of a shooting.
Officers located an adult male shooting victim outside on Edgewood Avenue. The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Detectives are investigating this incident. The shooting is believed to have occurred outside a social event being held at the building and numerous people were present.
