LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — The Lexington Park Business Association (LEXBA) is inviting the community to gather, shop and connect through its upcoming Market Days series, a recurring event designed to highlight local vendors, small businesses and the growing energy of Lexington Park.

Organized as part of the association’s broader mission to “empower and uplift the community,” Market Days brings together artisans and entrepreneurs in a setting focused on community engagement and economic growth.

A Marketplace With A Community Focus

The Market Days series offers a rotating lineup of vendors featuring handmade goods, crafts, products baked goods, art, jewelry and more, giving visitors a chance to experience the region’s creativity and agricultural roots in one place. The event aims to create a welcoming space where residents can support small businesses while enjoying a family-friendly atmosphere. Organizers noted that fresh produce and food trucks will not be contributing to this event.

Organizers emphasize that Market Days is more than just a place to shop, it is an opportunity to strengthen connections between residents, businesses and community organizations.

Building Momentum In Lexington Park

Market Days is one of several initiatives led by LEXBA to position Lexington Park as a destination to “live, eat, play and shop,” while supporting the area’s more than 400 businesses and growing population.

The series complements other large-scale events hosted by the organization, including festivals and cultural celebrations that regularly draw hundreds and, in some cases, more than 1,000 attendees.

The Market Days series is scheduled for the last Saturday of each month from April through October 2026, running from 9 a.m. to noon. Dates include April 25, May 30, June 27, July 25, Aug. 29, Sept. 26 and Oct. 31

Get Involved

Community members are encouraged to attend, shop local and connect with vendors throughout the Market Days series. Organizers also welcome additional vendors and community partners interested in participating in future events.
