On February 2, at 10:37 p.m., Trooper First Class Saucerman responded to Route 4 at Parkers Creek Road in Port Republic, in reference to assisting an injured person.
The driver of a SHA snow truck was injured while trying to correct a problem with the salt dump hatch.
He was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital and treated for his injuries.
