Following its acquisition by Saalex Corporation in January 2024, Spalding has intensified its recruiting efforts to support an increased workload and expanded service capabilities. The current available roles span junior to senior level across disciplines such as software development, DevOps engineering, data science, database administration, proposal coordination, and more.

Most of the open roles are either fully remote or hybrid, with employees spending part of their time in Spalding’s Lexington Park headquarters or other regional offices in St. Inigoes, Patuxent River, and Cherry Point, North Carolina. Compensation is competitive, with senior engineering and technical roles offering salaries up to $175K annually.
