On Sept. 11, Philip Michael Spoelker arrived at the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office where he turned himself into the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Detectives.
Spoelker was charged with one count of Child Abuse and one count of Sex Offense 4th Degree.
Spoelker was transported and incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
