Assault- On January 22, 2021, Dep. Jerew responded to the 36700 block of Asher Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Jaqueline Brittany McGee, age 29 of Mechanicsville, struck the victim several times with a closed fist, causing visible injury to the victim. McGee was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 3718-21

Assault- On January 23, 2021, Dep. Chase responded to the 17400 block of Mt. Zion Church Road in St. Inigoes, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Montez Jamal Ford, age 30 of St. Inigoes, struck the victim in the face, causing visible injury to the victim. Ford was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. False Statement/Obstruct and Hinder- On January 26, 2021, Dep. Raley responded to the 21600 block of St. Lo Place in Lexington Park, for the reported check the welfare. Upon arrival contact was made with Carlos Isaias Hernandez-Ticas, age 18 of Lexington Park. Hernandez-Ticas advised he had been assaulted and while deputies were conducting the investigation Hernandez-Ticas became irate and aggressive, hindering the investigation. Hernandez-Ticas was taken into custody and investigation determined no assault had occurred. Hernandez-Ticas was charged with False Statement and Obstruct and Hinder Investigation. Assault- On January 26, 2021, Dep. Gardiner responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Devon Tyler Lee, age 19 of Great Mills, punched the victim in the face, causing visible injury to the victim. Lee was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 4397-21

Assault- On January 27, 2021, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 21200 block of First Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Thomas Donnell Evans, age 40 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by strangling the victim, causing visible injury to the victim. Evans was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 4629-21
