Vice/Narcotics detectives applied for and received charges related to drug possession violations by Courtney Justine Curtis (Age 21 of White Plains. Md.). Suspect Curtis was stopped by detectives related to a theft investigation. Methadone pills along with a pills crusher which contained “oxycodone” were recovered.
Several weeks later detectives were conducting a surveillance operation and observed Suspect Curtis arrive and purchase “oxycodone” from the target of the surveillance operation. She was stopped and recovered from her person were eight “oxycodone” tablets and straw with “oxycodone” residue. The charges from the two cases included “Possession of Methadone”, “Possession of Oxycodone” and possession of the related paraphernalia.
In an unrelated case, William Douglas Agambar (Age 29 of Prince Frederick) was charged with “Forged Prescription” and “Obtaining Oxycodone by Fraud”.
