Gina Marie Rogers (Age 50 of Lexington Park) was arrested on an open Grand Jury Indictment related to her illegal drug activity. Suspect Rogers was charged with numerous counts to include several felony charges involving “Distribution of Oxycodone”, “Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute”, “Theft of Health Services from the State of Maryland having a value of more than $1,000 but less than $10,000” and numerous “Health Care Fraud” charges.
Diane Rachel Conway (Age 43 of Lexington Park) was indicted by detectives and charged with two felony counts of “Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Methadone with the Intent to Distribute”.
Annette Unkle (Age 47 of Callaway, Md.) was charged after detectives indicted her for “Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute”.
Public Safety Officers at St. Mary’s College encountered a suspicious vehicle which appeared to have broken down on the campus. As they conducted their investigation they contacted the Sheriff’s Office for assistance. Deputies worked with Public Safety Officers to identify the operator of the vehicle as Varun Parshad (Age 18 of Lutherville, Md.) Officers located a quantity of marijuana, a scale and other paraphernalia. Vice/Narcotics detectives were called to assist and continue the investigation. In all, marijuana, cocaine and other unidentified drugs were recovered. Nearly $3,000 in cash and the suspect’s vehicle was seized. Suspect Parshad was arrested and additional charges are pending a review with the State’s Attorney’s Office.
