On February 12, at 1:03 a.m., Calverio Terrill Somerville, 21 of Leonardtown, was arrested by Tpr. N. E. Gresko for Possession of Marijuana and giving a false name to avoid prosecution.
Somerville was a passenger in a brown Buick on Park Avenue when it was observed stopped at the intersection of Manon Way and Lucca Way in Lexington Park. Tpr. Gresko made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and a strong odor of Marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. Somerville initially gave a false name to avoid arrest for an open warrant through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff Office. He was found to be in possession of two small baggies of Marijuana.
Somerville was placed under arrest and taken into custody. Mr. Somerville was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
