At 11:09 a.m. Nov. 25, TFC S. Van Bennekum of the Leonardtown barrack responded to Megan Lane, Leonardtown, for a reported burglary in progress.
On arrival police witnessed Norvin Jeffrey Dobson, 44, of Leonardtown, exiting the residence.
Contact was made with the victim who stated that Dobson did not have permission to be in the residence.
Dobson was arrested and charged with burglary.
He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held pending a bail review.
