Kevin Brannon
On November 16, while Deputy T. Mohler was responding to a check welfare call on Hardesty Road, Sunderland, he made contact with a driver, Kevin Brannon, 24, from Mount Airy.
He observed paraphernalia in plain view and transported him to the Detention Center where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (syringe, spoon).
