On Feb. 22 at 12:56 a.m., DFC Christopher Childress conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Md. Route 4 and the south entrance to Main Street.ย  A computer check revealed the driverโ€™s driving license had been suspended.ย  He was cited and advised to call someone to pick him up.ย 

Later that same morning, at approximately 1:26 a.m., Childress observed the same vehicle on the roadway of Md. Route 4 south near Parkerโ€™s Creek Road.ย  After affecting a traffic stop, Childress observed the same driver behind the wheel.ย  He arrested Samuel Casey Alexander, 22 of Lusby, for driving on a suspended license and subsequently found suspected marijuana.ย 

Alexander was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a half liter Coke bottle converted into a smoking device.
