On Monday, June 4, 2007 at 12:18 pm, Tpr. Adams initiated a traffic stop on a tan Chevrolet Nova for exceeding the posted speed limit on Indian Bridge Road in California. Contact was made with the driver, Brittanie Desiree Alexander, 18, of Great Mills and a check of MVA revealed her driving privileges in Maryland are suspended. Ms. Alexander was arrested for driving on a suspended license. A search incident to arrest also revealed Ms. Alexander was in possession of marijuana. She was charged with possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
