On May 10, at 1:25 a.m., Trooper First Class Merkelson while assisting with a possible intoxicated driver, found a passenger, Brandon T. Zust, 18 of Prince Frederick, in possession of two knives and brass knuckles.
Zust was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
