On December 28, 2010, Cpl David Corcoran responded to the JC Penny Store in California, Md., for a Trespass Complaint.
Upon arrival, he learned Jenifer M. Moy, 19 of Lusby, was on the premises in violation of a previously issued notice not to Trespass.
Moy was arrested for Trespass and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
