At 9:15 pm, on Jan. 8, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 3800 block of Old Washington Road in Waldorf for the report of a strong-arm robbery.
Investigation revealed the victim, a 16-year-old Waldorf boy, was walking on railroad tracks in the 100 block of Smallwood Drive in Waldorf when he was grabbed from behind and knocked to the ground. Four suspects kicked him, stole a portable CD player, a cell phone and cash and then fled the scene.
The victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment. The suspects are described only as four males.
