On July 9, 2010 at 5:39 p.m., Trooper Smith responded to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick in reference to a shoplifter.
Jack M. Feeser, 19 of Huntingtown was arrested for attempting to leave the store without paying for several items.
He was taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
