On April 14, at 10:08 a.m., Moses Uchennan Ohale, 19 of Parkville, was arrested by TFC R. Rezza for possession of marijuana.
Ohale was operating a gray Chevrolet Malibu on Three Notch Road, at Park Hall Road in Lexington Park when he was stopped for exceeding the posted speed limit. Upon contact with the driver, Ohale, a routine MVA check was performed and revealed his driving privileges were suspended. Ohale was placed under arrest for driving on a suspended license.
A search incident to the arrest revealed Ohale was in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the St Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
