On March 26, deputies responded to a residence on Ridge Road in Lexington Park, for a report of a stabbing.
Investigation revealed Christopher William Marshall, 19 of Lexington Park, was engaged in a dispute with the victim. The verbal dispute became physical when Marshall pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the back. The victim received medical treatment on the scene from EMS personnel.
Marshall was arrested and charged with first and second-degree assault.
