- Mosquitoes – Besides causing itchy bites, mosquitoes can transmit diseases such as West Nile virus and Zika. Reducing standing water and using screens on windows are key prevention steps.
- Termites – Often called “silent destroyers,” termites can chew through wood and other materials undetected. Routine inspections and moisture control around the home are recommended.
