LEONARDTOWN, Md. – St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Corporal Glen Knott arrested Tavion Kelly Sommerville, 18, of Bushwood, MD, on Monday, April 1, 2024, on an open warrant for First-Degree Murder, firearm use during a violent crime, and related charges in connection with the April 4, 2023, murder of Marcus Anthony Day that took place in Great Mills, MD.
Sommerville is incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, MD.
