Three Assaulted in Church Parking Lot

On April 16, deputies responded to the parking lot of St. Francis Xavier Church in Leonardtown for a disturbance. 

Upon arrival, Deputy Snyder learned Terrill A. Terry, Sr., 39 of Leonardtown, assaulted three separate victims.  During the investigation, Terry Sr., had been asked to leave on more than one occasion but refused.  He was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of First-Degree Assault, three counts of Second-Degree Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing/Hindering and Failure to Obey Reasonable Order form a Law Enforcement Officer.

While officers were investigating the above mentioned assaults, Terrill A. Terry, Jr., 19 years old of St. Leonard became involved in an argument with Louis I. Berry 42 years old of Leonardtown.  Both subjects failed to heed law enforcement orders to stop yelling and leave the area and were subsequently arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction/Hindering and Failure to Obey a Reasonable Order form a Law Enforcement Officer.
