On Dec. 30 at appoximately 11:30 a.m., Maryland State Police TPR Ditoto was travelling on Route 235 South of Hollywood Road in Hollywood when he made a traffic stop for a commercial vehicle inspection.
At that time, TPR Ditoto made contact with the driver of a HH Gregg box truck, he was identified as Louis Andre Briscoe, 41 of Alexandria, Va.. After making contact w/ Briscoe, he determinded the suspect was wanted on a felony warrant for child support through Charles County.
Briscoe was driving on a suspended license at the time of the arrest. He was taken into custody transported to Charles County Detention center.
