Volunteer firefighters responded to a reported house fire at 5:20 a.m. Sunday on Point Lookout Road in Redgate.
There were no injuries reported, but the occupants of the home were put out by the blaze. The American Red Cross Southern Maryland chapter responded to the scene.
Leonardtown Volunteer Firefighters and EMS personnel worked on the scene until after 7 a.m. A Deputy Maryland State Fire Marshal also responded to the scene to investigate.
