On Nov. 17, at 5:15 a.m., Joseph Cephus Harrod Jr., 22 of Prince Frederick, was arrested by Tpr. M. Adams on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Aug. 29.
The original charge was trespassing posted property.
Harrod was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
