On Nov. 8, Deputy Kerby responded to St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown, for a report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed Steven Wayne Carter, 50 of no fixed address, was unlawfully on the grounds of St. Mary’s Hospital.
Carter was asked by security to leave the hospital property which he refused to comply. Deputy Kerby instructed Carter to leave the hospital property. Carter refused and was arrested for trespassing.
