On June 22, at approximately 12:27 a.m., Trooper W. Posey was traveling southbound U.S. Route 301, north of St. Patrick’s Drive in Waldorf when he observed a silver Toyota erratically going down the highway.
Trooper Posey stopped the vehicle and made contact with Nia Toni Blakney, 21 years of Washington D.C.
Blakney was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
