CALIFORNIA, Md. — Two separate traffic collisions caused delays along Three Notch Road in California on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025.

The first crash was reported around 3:40 p.m., northbound in the area of Town Creek Drive and involved four vehicles. Emergency medical crews evaluated one person at the scene and transported them to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment.

Moments later, a second rear-end collision occurred on the southbound side of the roadway. First responders quickly crossed over to assist and evaluated another injured occupant, who was also taken to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for care.

Both incidents contributed to significant slowdowns during the evening rush hour.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding each crash.

  1. Phones up…heads down, likely caused the 1st accident. Put the phones away and commute times will improve. It’s a fact.

Rubber neckers, looking at the 1st accident likely contributed to the 2nd one. Stop holding up traffic just to see the accident. You’re not helping.

  2. You people are idiots. You need to go back to driver’s ed. You need to get off your instagoogletweetface. It’s not that important, I promise. You need to stop tailgating. Dumb humans.
