Divon Chase and Jordan McGee
St. Mary’s County Deputy Wesner responded to a residence on Cabot Place in Lexington Park on October 14th, after a witness reported a burglary to an unoccupied residence.
Deputy Wesner located 2 suspects inside the residence, identified as Divon James Chase, 23, of Lexington Park, and Jordan Tyler McGee, 19, of Virginia. Neither suspect had permission to be inside the residence.
Chase and McGee were placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. They were charged with 4th Degree Burglary.
