United Way of Calvert County’s Mardi Gras Auction In Need of Donated Items!
Local businesses and individuals are sought to donate silent auction items for the United Way of Calvert County’s 10th Anniversary Mardi Gras.The much anticipated United Way of Calvert County Mardi Gras silent and live auction will take place at the 10th annual Mardi Gras benefit for United Way of Calvert County on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at The Show Place Arena from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Prior to the event donated items are on an online site and ready to accept bids. The nearly $1 million dollars that has been raised by this event over the past decade has been used to support the 36 programs of local partner agencies that improve lives and create lasting changes in Calvert County. Businesses and Individuals that donate an item will receive the proper recognition online and at the Mardi Gras event.
