“At this time a helicopter has been requested for transport,” according to the Prince Federick Volunteer Fire Department Twitter Page.
Port Republic, MD— At approximately 6:00 p.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported involving a box truck overturned at S. Solomons Island Road and Parkers Creek Road in the area of Port Republic.
Injuries have been reported as a result of this motor vehicle accidents, units have been dispatched to the scene of the accident.
Please avoid the area.
