La Plata, MD — A very successful fundraiser was held on Saturday, April 30 at Grille No. 13 located in Waldorf, Maryland. Edward McKnight (Brocky), along with the Universe group orchestrated the fundraising event for the third year in-a-row. The proceeds from that party, among other events that weekend, were donated to the Center for Children, Inc., a tri-county mental health services provider.
“The Universe” likes to party with a purpose. Whether it’s raising money for charity, putting a smile on a stranger’s face, or simply meeting up to grab a beer, The Universe is an online community who get together and do AMAZING things for their communities.
