UPDATE:
John Robert Townshend, 52 of California was arrested on theft of motor vehicle on possession of CDS charges.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The driver of a green pick up truck, John Robert Townshed, was arrested Wednesday morning after it went through a red light at Chancellor’s Run Road and Norris Road. The driver of the truck led police on a pursuit that ended at Heard’s Estates, a nearby neighborhood.
Two passengers were released on foot. Police were not at liberty give any more info on why Townshend was arrested at the time.
