VanGO operating changes effective Sept. 3

The Department of Community Services is making the following changes to VanGO’s operating schedule, effective Tuesday, Sept. 3:

Newburg Route

• The College of Southern Maryland stop will relocate to the intersection of North Campus Drive and Mitchell Road.
• A new stop will be added on Catalpa Drive at the relocated Lifestyles of Maryland facility.

Charlotte Hall Route

• The route will start at Food Lion in Charlotte Hall at 7 a.m. providing earlier links from St. Mary’s Transit.

301 Connector

• Connector 2 will be discontinued on Saturdays. Service will be every hour from 7 a.m. to 9:51 p.m. on weekdays.
