On January 7, 2010 at 4:30 p.m., Trooper Smith stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick.
Steven G. Strine, 22 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested on an open warrant. Heroin and other drug paraphernalia were found during a search of the vehicle.
Strine was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
