James Roy Chase Shane Alan Rodriguez Robert Garry Jones
Mechanicsville, MD – On November 22, 2019, detectives from the Vice Narcotics Division executed a search and seizure warrant in the 40600 block of Kavanagh Road in Mechanicsville.
Shane Alan Rodriguez, age 37 of no fixed address, was located at the residence in possession of a digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue.
Robert Garry Jones, age 56 of Mechanicsville, was located at the residence and found to be in possession of a suspected CDS smoking device containing suspected cocaine residue.
James Roy Chase, age 32 of Mechanicsville, was found at the residence in possession of suspected Oxycodone and a digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue.
Rodriguez and Jones were charged with CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana, and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia. Chase was charged with three counts of CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia by DFC. Roszel
