LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On September 15, 2018, DFC. Tirpak responded to the 46000 block of Franklin Road in Lexington Park, for a check the welfare.
Investigation determined Terry Antonio Wheeler, age 50 of Waldorf, arrived at the victim’s home uninvited. Wheeler was advised to leave the premises several times, and ultimately kicked the victim’s door in, entered the residence, and began to assault the victim.
Wheeler was located on scene and arrested; Wheeler was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Burglary 4th Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 49178-18
