On June 1, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s DFC David L. Corcoran, and DFC Charles F. Earle, of the Special Operations Division Warrants/Support Enforcement Unit, observed Marshall Howard Carr and recognized him as having an outstanding arrest warrant.
Carr, 42 of no fixed address, resisted as the deputies attempt to arrest him by assaulting the deputies with his fists.
Upon apprehension, a search incident to the arrest revealed 2 rocks of suspected crack cocaine in his possession.
Deputies suffered only minor injuries and Carr was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
