On Oct. 28, at 10:45 p.m., Dennis Lamont Allen, 34 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson on an arrest warrant issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on Sept. 26.
The original charges were DWI/DUI and driving on a suspended license.
Allen was incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
