On Nov. 27, Deputy Charles Dodson responded to a residence in Great Mills for a reported assault.
Deputy Dodson’s investigation determined Miguel N. Graham, 40 of Great Mills, struck his wife in the face and stomach during an argument over child care.
Graham was arrested, charged with Second-Degree Assault and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
