On April 14, at 1:52 a.m., Calvin Dilmera Berry, 25 of Leonardtown, was arrested by Tpr. G. Thompson for malicious destruction of property to a motor vehicle over $500.
Tpr. Thompson responded to the 20000 block of Poplar Ridge Road in Lexington Park and made contact with the female complainant, 35 of Lexington Park. She advised Calvin Dilmera Berry smashed her vehicle windows and cut the front driver’s side tire. A description of the suspect was obtained by a nearby neighbor.
Berry was located at his residence and taken into custody. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
