On April 12 at 3:06 p.m., Calvert County DFC D. Deakins responded to the Walmart in Dunkirk for the report of a theft.
Further investigation revealed, DFC D. Deakins arrested Heather Lynn Nelson, 21 of Huntingtown, and charged her with theft after she was caught stealing approximately $30 worth of items from the store.
The items were returned.
