On Feb. 6, deputies responded to a residence in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed the victim and Daniel Joseph Sadosky, 20 of Lexington Park, were engaged in a verbal dispute which turned physical when Sadosky grabbed the victim by the wrist, pinned her down onto the couch and bit her in the chest.
The victim was able to break free and fled to a neighbor’s house where she called the police. Daniel Sadosky was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
