On March 9, deputies responded to L & G Billiards in Lexington Park, for a report of a violation of a protective order.
Investigation revealed Jackie Lynn Ryon Adkins, 60 of no fixed address, was served with a protective order on March 8, ordering no contact with the petitioner of the order. The order specifically ordered Adkins to stay away from L & G Billiards in Lexington Park.
On March 9, at approximately 10 a.m. Adkins was waiting outside of L & G Billiards waiting for the petitioner to arrive for work. Adkins left the area when the petitioner called deputies to report the violation. As deputies were exiting L & G Billiards, Adkins walked past the business.
Adkins was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the protective order
