LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On March 17, 2018, while at the Walmart store located on Miramar Way, in California, the suspect left the business with a Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx cellphone that was not purchased.
