On January 18, at 11:50 p.m., Trooper Wyer observed two men fighting in the Prince Frederick barrack parking lot.
A woman being picked up from the barrack by her boyfriend after a DUI arrest was confronted in the parking lot by her ex-husband. Donald E. Brubaker, 36 of Prince Frederick and Brian P. Johnson, 39 of Prince Frederick were both arrested and charged with assault.
They were both incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
