On March 29, an Interim Protective Order was issued for Respondent, Jeramey Kishan Bradshaw, 20 of Lexington Park. On March 29, Deputies responded to Bradshaw residence to serve the order. Bradshaw was observed and identified inside of the residence by Deputies. Bradshaw spoke with Deputies through the door but initially refused to answer the door to be served with the order.
Deputies explained to Bradshaw, per the court order, he was required to immediately vacate the residence. Bradshaw again refused. After approximately 30 minutes of communicating with Deputies, Bradshaw opened the door and was arrested for violating the conditions of the Interim Protective Order (failing to immediately vacate the residence).
